Collect additional data even from your guest subscribers by installing this module. It provides an extended newsletter subscription form with optional input fields for gender, prefix, first name, last name, suffix and date of birth and you have access to all the personal information of your subscribers in the subscribers grid in your admin panel. You can then easily export them via CSV or XML for further newsletter marketing and use them in your subscription emails and newsletters via transactional email variabels.
