The GroupDocs’ document assembly extension lets you automatically create documents by collecting user-entered data on your Magento web pages and then incorporating it into document templates.
This extension is useful for generating contracts, quotes, applications and other documents where most of the information remains the same, but some details (for example, user name, address, date, start date or income) vary from person to person.
The process of assembling document is simple. First, prepare a document template in Word or PDF format and upload it to your GroupDocs account. Then create a questionnaire associated with the template that will allow users to enter their data. Finally, share the questionnaire with the users. Document assembly takes care of itself, and for each person who completes the questionnaire, a new unique document will be created.
