This is useful extension that enables your customers to create new tickets relating to their complains, queries, problems, issues, suggestions etc. and admin can reply and manage all tickets created by the customers right from Magento admin panel.For more information about this extension please visit NextBits.eu
Feature List:
- Allow customers to post and manage tickets from their my account page.- Customer can select priority of ticket.
- Admin can manage tickets from magento admin panel.
- Admin can specify the ticket's priorities and status.
- Admin can see the list of tickets posted by customers, and also can reply for the tickets posted by customers.
- Customer and Admin can get mail when ticket created / updated.
- Allow to set ticket email template from Magento admin panel.
- Allow to assign ACL resource to particular role/user of admin and give the permission or deny accessing Help Desk.
Installation:
- Disable Cache from System >> Cache Management >> Select All >> Disable.- Disable Compilation System >> Tool >> Compilation.
- Download extension and extract extension contents on your computer.
- Navigate inside extracted directory and upload its content to your store root.
- Configure the options for extension on System > Configuration.
