Customisation
Customising the look and feel of the block is done by editing the html and css in your own theme. The block uses the same markup as similar blocks on the page so you should find that if you have already re-styled other blocks, this one should just follow suit.
Activating
To activate the module and see the block, you need to make sure you have the free shipping method turned on (system -> configuration -> shipping methods) and a minimum amount greater than zero entered.
Post Installation
After installation make sure you clear your cache. If you have compilation turned on, make sure you recompile.
