There are 4 setup options available for fine-tuning - NoMoreSpam! will by default mark any contact form or product review that is submitted with a link in, as spam. If you don't want this (maybe you need links added to your product review body - not super likely right?!), you can turn these off. The contact form message body section is default off in case people need to send you a link. If you don't ever need people to send you a link via the contact form you can set that section 'on'.
