This extension adds the facility to manage your videos associated with Magento products in the same way you manage the images from the Magento admin panel.
Note: After the successful installation of Product Video Extension, give 777 recursive permission to the "/media/catalog/product/videos".
Now, let's go through the steps which will give a clear understanding for the process of uploading a video in a particular product page.
1) Login to admin panel
2) Move your mouse to Catalog and click on Manage Products
3) Click on edit option of the product where you want to upload the video.
4) You will be able to view the option "Product Video" on the left side under the Product Information tab.
5) Here you will be able to view the list of videos uploaded so far (if any), add/upload the video and delete the video.
6) Click on "Choose File" to upload the product video.
Please Note that you will be able to upload only .mp4 and .flv file formats. You can also upload the videos from various sites by embedding its code. It supports YouTube, Vimeo, Brightcove, TidalTc, Wistia, Kaltura, Dailymotion, LongTail, thePlatform and Sublime.
