With shopauskunft.de customers can rate your online shop. But how to remind your customer to do the rating? Manually send emails? A better way would be if thesystem automatically sent an email for example 7 days after ordering.This extension automatically sends emails for shop rating by shopauskunft.de. It supports only the German speaking market.
You can configure the following:
- shop language
- activate rating
- days after shipment
- email template
After configuration your customer will receive an email with a link to shopauskunft.de to rate his purchase. As described above shopauskunft.de is only for the German market.
Über shopauskunft.de können Kunden Ihren Online-Shop bewerten. Aber wie kann man den Kunden dazu auffordern eine Bewertung abzugeben? Individuell per Email? Ein einfacher Weg wäre, wenn das System zum Beispiel nach 7 Tagen direkt eine Email mit der Aufforderung versendet.
