Customer feedback helps store owners to target their sales.Survey Engine helps store owners to dynamically create surveys , their questions and answers. The Feedback's can be generated as a Report which can be used by the store owner for targeting their sales.
Store Owners can create a new survey using Manage Surveys section where they can add survey details along with custom survey url. Store Owners can add questions from Manage Questions/Answers Section where they can select answer type.
Based on the Answer Type for each Questions , Multiple Type Answers/ Select Option Answers can be created from Manage Questions/Answers > Manage Answer section. Each of the Questions created will be assigned to Surveys from Manage Surveys section > Assign Questions to Surveys
Once the survey is created we can view them from front-end using survey url. User Feed backs can be recorded and they can be used to create Reports. Reports are generated using pie charts which can be seen from Manage Surveys> Survey Report Section.
